Soori and Suhas’ Mandaadi is continuing its strong run at the box office, with the film now crossing the ₹150 crore mark in worldwide gross. Presented by Elred Kumar and produced under the RS Infotainment banner, the film is directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendi.
The movie, which also features Mahima Nambiar, Sathyaraj, Ravindra Vijay, Mithun, Bala Saravanan and others in important roles, has performed strongly across multiple markets. Released in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana by Mythri Movie Distributors LLP on September 10, Mandaadi has managed to attract audiences in both Tamil and Telugu-speaking regions.
The film has reportedly crossed ₹100 crore in Tamil Nadu alone, while its worldwide gross has now moved past ₹150 crore. This achievement makes Mandaadi a significant box-office success in the careers of both Soori and Suhas.
The boat sequences, racing portions and climax have emerged as some of the biggest crowd-pullers. S.R. Kathir’s cinematography, G.V. Prakash Kumar’s background score and the action work by Peter Hein, Dilip Subbarayan and Mahesh Mathew have added to the film’s impact.
Soori and Suhas have received appreciation for their performances, with their characters forming the backbone of the story. The film has also reportedly received praise from Superstar Rajinikanth and filmmaker Vetrimaaran.
