Allari Naresh’s upcoming comedy entertainer Ramba Oorvasi Menaka (ROM) is all set to hit the big screens on September 4, 2026. Written and directed by Chandra Mohan Chintada, the film features Raashi Singh, Surabhi, Vishnu Priya and Prisha Singh in key roles.
The film recently ran into a censor roadblock over concerns regarding the use of names and references associated with Hindu deities and their portrayal. The delay sparked speculation that the release might be pushed. However, the makers have now successfully cleared the certification process, with the film receiving a U/A certificate.
With the censor hurdle out of the way, Ramba Oorvasi Menaka will release as scheduled. The trailer has already generated decent interest with its comedy-driven premise, and the film now faces the challenge of converting that buzz into laughs in theatres.
Srinivasa Reddy, Vennela Kishore and others play prominent roles. Produced by Annapurna Studios and Hasya Movies, the film is gearing up for its worldwide theatrical release on September 4.
