Maadhav Bhupathiraju is gearing up to make his debut as a lead actor with the upcoming Telugu film Maremma. The movie, directed by Manchala Nagaraj, is scheduled to arrive in theatres on September 10, 2026.
The latest update is that the film has completed its censor formalities. Maremma has been awarded an A certificate, indicating that the film is intended for adult audiences. The makers shared the censor update through a new poster featuring Maadhav in an intense avatar.
The film has already drawn attention with its promotional material. The teaser and trailer have created curiosity among movie lovers, while the presence of Maadhav, who is related to actor Ravi Teja, has added to the interest surrounding the project.
Ravi Teja also attended the film’s pre-release event and spoke positively about Maremma and Maadhav’s performance.
Deepa Balu is the female lead, with Vikas Vasishta, Dayanand Reddy and V.S. Rupa Lakshmi playing key supporting roles.
Prashanth R Vihari is composing the music, while Prasanth Ankireddy is responsible for the cinematography. The movie is produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru under the Moksha Arts banner.
With the censor process successfully completed, Maremma is now ready for its theatrical release on September 10.
