Maremma Trailer Review

Ravi Teja’s nephew Maadhav Bhupathiraju is all set to make his mark with Maremma, and the film’s much-awaited trailer has now been unveiled. Following the curiosity generated by the teaser released in February, the trailer offers a glimpse into a rustic village drama that combines superstition, divine beliefs, mystery and intense action.

Set in a troubled village that turns to its guardian deity, Maremma Thalli, for protection, the story takes an intriguing turn when the sacred bull associated with the goddess mysteriously goes missing. With the village thrown into panic, the young protagonist takes responsibility for finding the missing animal. His search soon leads him into a dangerous world of violent clashes, age-old beliefs and local power struggles.

The trailer does a good job of keeping the core mystery intact while raising questions about the disappearance of the bull and the challenges awaiting the protagonist. The intense visuals, rural setting and gripping background score add to the film’s overall atmosphere.

Deepa Balu plays the female lead, while Vikas Vasishta, Vinod Kumar, VS Rupa Lakshmi and Dayanand Reddy feature in important supporting roles. Produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru and directed by Manchala Nagaraj, Maremma is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on September 10, 2026.
