Charming Star Sharwanand is collaborating with director Sreenu Vaitla for the first time on an out-and-out family entertainer titled George Krish. Presented by ATV and produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments, with Ajay Sunkara serving as co-producer, the film is gearing up for a grand Sankranti release on January 14, 2027.
The makers unveiled the film’s title and release date with a vibrant poster featuring a festive backdrop and a creative hourglass-inspired title design, offering a glimpse into the film’s romantic angle.
The project was officially launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony. Producer Suresh Babu switched on the camera, while MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav sounded the clapboard. Director Sreenu Vaitla then directed the first shot, marking the commencement of the film’s shoot.
