Vidyasagar’s Inspiring Journey from Sircilla to the Big Screen

Young actor Vidyasagar from Rajanna Sircilla district is proving that with determination and dedication, anything is possible. Leaving behind a promising career in the VFX field due to his passion for acting, he entered the film industry and is now earning appreciation from audiences with a series of projects.

Born and brought up in Sircilla, Vidyasagar completed his graduation before joining a leading VFX company in Hyderabad as a Junior Artist. With his talent and hard work, he rose to the position of Team Leader and later became a Supervisor. However, his childhood passion for acting eventually led him towards the film industry.

He resigned from his job and underwent training in theatre arts, performing in plays such as Vaali Vadha and Paraayi. He then continued to pursue opportunities in short films and movies, eventually landing roles in projects like Jersey and Kotha Poradu.

His cinematic journey faced a setback during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Vidyasagar did not lose hope. He returned to Hyderabad and continued his efforts to establish himself as an actor.

Director Venu Yeldandi’s Balagam became a major turning point in Vidyasagar’s film career. Following the film, he went on to act in Bheemadevarapalli Branchi, Saithan (web series), Laggam, Sivarpalli, KCR, Court, Badmashulu, Champion, and Veena, gradually carving out a distinct identity for himself.

His performances in Balagam, Court, and Badmashulu in particular received significant appreciation from audiences. He is now gearing up to entertain viewers with his upcoming films Maremma, Idupu Kayitham, Palla Burusu, and Atlas Cycle.

Vidyasagar’s journey from Sircilla to the film industry, and the way he has transformed opportunities into achievements through his talent and perseverance, stands as an inspiration for youngsters who aspire to pursue their dreams.
