The pre-release event of Anakapalli was held in a grand manner ahead of its theatrical release on October 2. The rustic village drama stars Vikram Sahidev, Sandhya Vasishta and Tarak Ponnappa in the lead roles and is directed by Khagesh Tammineni.
Sensational director VV Vinayak said he believes Vikram will grow into a big hero and wished the team a huge success. He also praised Tarak Ponnappa’s intense performance.
Director Shiva Nirvana revealed his emotional connection with Anakapalli, saying he studied there and had always wanted to tell a story based on the place. He appreciated Thrinadha Rao Nakkina for attempting something different with the film.
Several other guests, including Mythri Ravi, Sai Rajesh and RP Patnaik, praised Vikram’s performance and Tarak Ponnappa’s screen presence. Lagadapati Sridhar said the film offers a fresh story with strong emotions involving love, friendship and family.
Vikram thanked everyone who supported the film and described Anakapalli as a story about love, friendship and family. Thrinadha Rao Nakkina promised an engaging film with strong songs, dialogues and action.
