The hype around Peddi continues to grow rapidly ahead of its grand release on June 4, 2026. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the rural sports drama stars Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles.
Adding to the excitement, the film’s satellite rights have reportedly been bagged by Zee Telugu for a huge price and Netflix has secured the OTT rights. Interestingly, Zee Telugu had earlier acquired the television rights for Ram Charan’s previous biggie, Game Changer.
The biggest talking point now is the trailer launch scheduled for tomorrow. Fans are eagerly waiting to witness the combination of Buchi Babu Sana’s emotional storytelling and Ram Charan’s intense performance. Industry circles suggest the makers are extremely confident about the film’s commercial prospects.
Alongside the lead pair, Peddi also features a strong supporting cast including Shiva Rajkumar, Boman Irani, Jagapathi Babu, Satya, and Divyenndu Sharma in pivotal roles.
The film is produced under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner, with music composed by legendary composer A. R. Rahman.
