Following the blockbuster success of Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, Megastar Chiranjeevi has officially announced his next big project, Mega 158, directed by Bobby Kolli. The film marks the much-awaited reunion of the successful actor-director duo after the sensational hit Waltair Veerayya, raising expectations among fans and movie lovers alike.
Mega 158 recently grabbed attention after being launched with a grand pooja ceremony attended by the film’s core team. Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Naga Babu attended the event as chief guests and extended their blessings to the prestigious project. The traditional launch ceremony was completed on a positive and celebratory note, creating strong buzz around the film.
Young actress Anaswara Rajan will reportedly be seen playing Chiranjeevi’s daughter in the movie, while details regarding the remaining cast are expected to be revealed soon. Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s absence from the launch ceremony became a talking point among Mega fans and sparked disappointment on social media.
The regular shoot of the film is expected to commence shortly. Interestingly, Mega 158 also marks the first Telugu production venture for the reputed KVN Productions banner. The film boasts a strong technical crew, with Thaman composing the music, Vijay Kannan handling cinematography, and Avinash Kolla serving as the production designer.
