Akhil Akkineni’s latest action drama Lenin, directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, has arrived on the digital platform ZEE5 after completing a successful theatrical journey. The film went on to become the biggest box-office success of Akhil’s career, marking a significant turning point for the actor.
However, the OTT release has surprised audiences with an unexpected development. While ZEE5 had earlier announced that Lenin would be available for streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, the platform has currently released only the Telugu version. The dubbed versions in other languages are yet to be made available, and there is no official confirmation regarding their streaming dates.
The delay has disappointed viewers who were eagerly waiting to watch the film in their preferred languages following the platform’s multilingual announcement. Fans are now hoping that ZEE5 will add the remaining versions soon.
Produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, Lenin features Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, along with Brahmaji, Shivaji, Pramod Panju, and others in important roles. The film’s music is composed by Thaman.
