Rumours surrounding ‘Man of Masses’ Jr. NTR’s alleged political entry have been firmly dismissed by the actor’s team. The speculation began after an independent organization called RAW NTR launched a village development initiative titled “Ooru Vaada.” As the campaign gained attention, several social media users assumed it was linked to Jr. NTR, with some even comparing the movement to Tamil actor Vijay’s grassroots political outreach.
The speculation gained further momentum after reports claimed that Jr. NTR was set to make a political announcement on July 18, 2026. Banners referring to him as “CM NTR” and claims of an expanding political network only added to the frenzy.
However, Jr. NTR’s office has now issued an official clarification, categorically denying any connection with RAW NTR. The statement said that the actor and his team have “absolutely no association, affiliation, or involvement whatsoever” with the organization or its activities. It also made it clear that RAW NTR is not authorised to represent Jr. NTR or communicate on his behalf in any manner.
The statement further emphasized that any charitable initiative, public welfare programme, or official announcement involving Jr. NTR will be shared only through his verified official channels. The actor’s team also urged the public and media to refrain from believing or circulating unverified reports regarding his political entry.
