Story
Munna (Harshith Reddy) is a carefree youngster who enjoys spending time with his friends and stays away from responsibilities. His life takes an interesting turn when he falls for Amulya, fondly called Ammu (Smeha Manimegalai). What begins as a sweet romance soon unfolds through fun-filled moments, misunderstandings, and clashes with a rival gang.
At home, Munna’s parents—Sekhar (Naresh) and his mother (Jhansi)—add another layer to the story as they respond differently to his decisions and lifestyle. The film initially follows the familiar path of a youthful college love story, packed with romance and entertainment.
However, just when things seem predictable, an unexpected twist at the interval changes the narrative completely. From that point onward, the story shifts into an emotional journey centered on family bonds, personal growth, and the difficult choices Munna must make. As the stakes rise, his quest becomes about much more than winning love, transforming into a heartfelt struggle to achieve a larger purpose.
Artists Performance
Harshith Reddy delivers a confident performance and shoulders the film effectively. He is impressive in the light-hearted romantic portions and shows noticeable maturity in the emotional scenes. His Telangana slang feels natural, and his transformation from a carefree youngster to a responsible lover is portrayed convincingly through subtle expressions and body language.
Smeha Manimegalai makes a promising debut with a refreshing screen presence. She performs well in both the romantic and emotional sequences, while her work in the pre-climax and climax stands out for its sincerity and emotional depth.
Naresh is dependable as Munna’s father, bringing strength to the family-oriented scenes. Jhansi adds warmth and charm as the mother, excelling in both emotional and humorous moments. Vikrant provides good support as Munna’s friend and brings energy to the narrative. Roller Raghu and Jabardasth Venu make their presence felt despite limited screen time, contributing a few enjoyable comic moments. The rest of the cast fits naturally into their roles and supports the story effectively.
Technical Aspects
On the technical front, Vamsi Patchipulusu’s cinematography is one of the film’s strengths, capturing the Telangana setting with visually pleasing frames and vibrant color tones. The visuals maintain a fresh and lively feel throughout the narrative.
Eswar Chand’s music complements the youthful mood of the film, with the songs blending well into the story. His background score proves particularly effective during the emotional portions of the second half, enhancing several key moments. The interval sequence is elevated further by a well-placed score that leaves the desired impact.
Hrishikesh Pasapal’s editing keeps the film moving at a steady pace, though a few routine scenes in the first half could have been trimmed for a tighter narrative. The dialogues are simple yet effective, while the Telangana dialect adds authenticity and local charm. Production values are impressive and maintain good quality throughout.
