Sundeep Kishan is set to explore a never-before-seen genre with his upcoming pan-India socio-fantasy spectacle directed by Ugandhar Muni. Produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Rajashekhar Annabhimoju under the Shining Pictures banner, the film has been officially titled Karikaala. The makers marked the occasion by unveiling a breathtaking first-look poster that introduces audiences to the film’s epic fantasy world.

The poster showcases Sundeep Kishan in a powerful warrior avatar, galloping through a mystical forest on horseback with a sword raised in battle, while a majestic lion runs alongside him. The stunning visual instantly reflects the film’s grand scale and hints at a story packed with action, mythology, and magical adventures.

Designed as a multilingual entertainer in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, Karikaala promises an immersive cinematic journey inspired by the magical storytelling of Chandamama folklore. From forgotten kingdoms and mystical powers to fierce wolves, lions, and legendary tales, the film aims to transport audiences into a fascinating fantasy universe.

The project also marks a major milestone in Sundeep Kishan’s career, as he undergoes one of his biggest transformations to play a valiant warrior. His intense makeover and commanding screen presence in the first look have already generated excitement among fans.

The makers further revealed that Karikaala will be released as a two-part cinematic event. Chapter 1 is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on July 2, 2027, while Chapter 2 is set for release on October 28, 2027, underscoring the film’s ambitious vision and expansive storytelling.
