Kiran Abbavaram has scored a sensational start with Chennai Love Story, as the romantic entertainer has opened to impressive numbers at the box office. After earning ₹3.13 crore gross from its Thursday premiere shows, the film witnessed strong occupancy across its first day, with collections growing steadily from morning to night.
According to the latest trade estimates, Chennai Love Story has collected ₹12.3 crore gross worldwide, including the premiere collections. The film has not only exceeded trade expectations but also emerged as the biggest opening-day grosser in Kiran Abbavaram’s career.
Directed by Ravi Namburii, the romantic drama has been receiving a positive response from audiences, setting the stage for an excellent weekend run. Sri Gouri Priya stars as the female lead, while the film is jointly produced by SKN and Sai Rajesh. The music is composed by Mani Sharma, whose soundtrack has also received appreciation.
