Kiran Abbavaram and Sri Gouri Priya starrer Chennai Love Story is all set to hit theatres this Friday. Directed by Ravi Namburii, the romantic entertainer is jointly produced by Sai Rajesh and SKN. Ahead of its release, the makers hosted a grand pre-release event, with Megastar Chiranjeevi attending as the chief guest.
Addressing the gathering, Chiranjeevi shared that the film’s title instantly brought back fond memories of Chennai. “The moment I heard the title Chennai Love Story, I was reminded of my beautiful memories associated with the city. I’m happy to be here to bless this wonderful team, whom I consider my own fans. Thank you for inviting me,” he said.
The Megastar also praised producer SKN’s inspiring journey from being a devoted fan to becoming a successful producer. He lauded Sai Rajesh for his remarkable achievements, saying, “It gives me immense happiness when my fans draw inspiration from me and go on to achieve success. SKN’s transformation from fan to producer is truly commendable. Sai Rajesh has created a strong identity for himself with two National Awards, and I’m proud of both of them.”
Speaking about the film’s cast, Chiranjeevi appreciated Kiran Abbavaram’s steady rise in the industry. “Kiran Abbavaram has earned the audience’s love in a very short time, and I hope Chennai Love Story takes him to the next level. We need more young actors like him entering the industry,” he remarked.
He also complimented leading lady Sri Gouri Priya, calling her graceful and expressing happiness over her growing presence across multiple film industries. Chiranjeevi reserved special praise for music director Mani Sharma, saying, “I have immense admiration for Mani Sharma. He is someone who elevates actors from behind the screen through his music.”
