After receiving high praise from Superstar Mahesh Babu, Rao Bahadur has now earned appreciation from acclaimed filmmaker Sukumar. The director watched the psychological drama at a special screening today and was deeply impressed by what the team had achieved.
Sharing his thoughts after the screening, Sukumar said the film was a remarkable achievement and described it as a rare cinematic experience. He remarked that the entire team had gifted Satya Dev an extraordinary role, adding that such performance-driven characters are extremely rare and something every actor would dream of portraying.
Sukumar also stated that a film like Rao Bahadur had never been made in Indian cinema before. While acknowledging that director Venkatesh Maha took his time to complete the project, he praised him for delivering a truly unique and unforgettable film.
The celebrated filmmaker further lauded the technical crew, saying every department had contributed exceptionally well. He noted that bringing such a complex story to the big screen was no easy task and revealed that the film completely immersed him, leaving him in a trance.
Sukumar concluded by applauding producer Anurag for backing such an unconventional project. He admitted he was amazed that the producer understood the film’s vision so well and added that Venkatesh Maha was fortunate to have someone like Anurag supporting his creative ambition.
